The Erie County
Home Builders Association is a building trade organization founded
in 1948 to promote, protect, and advance the interest of those
involved, directly and indirectly, in the construction industry.
Membership consists of developers, builders and remodelers, and
all of the supporting sub-trades such as plumbers, electricians,
drywallers, material suppliers, lenders, real estate brokers and
agents, utility agencies, insurance companies and many more.
We offer monthly meetings with trade speakers and
educational seminars. Special events include the Home Show, Golf Outing (July),
and Clam Bake (September). Our community involvement includes Habitat for Humanity, Back to
the Wild, the Clothe-a-Child program, and civic activities as well as legislative committees.
By joining the Erie County Home Builders, you will
allow yourself to increase your business contacts, be able to take advantage of
discounts, exchange information relevant to your business, promote your
business, increase your business knowledge, keep abreast of legislative and
regulatory activity that impact your business, become involved in organized
community activities, and personal relationships.
